Peak Periods

Starbase Aviation designates up to ten (10) peak periods per year. These periods are traditionally identified to be the busiest
operationally. On these days, an advanced notice of 96 hours is required to ensure guaranteed availability.

Call-Out Times

Advanced notice for flights is required to guarantee availability on the category aircraft selected for each trip.

  • Primary Service Area - 12 Hours Prior to Departure Time
  • Extended Service Area - 72 Hours Prior to Departure Time
  • Peak Periods - 96 Hours Prior to Departure Time
